Florida ICES Mini classes will be back again at the Sheraton Orlando North. Watch for scheduled classes coming soon. The class schedule will be posted on the website as the information becomes available.

Join this meeting and meet their special guest, Wayne Steinkopf, from Swank Cake Designs in North Carolina. Remember him from TLC’s Ultimate Cake Off? Wayne will be doing a demonstration and sharing his knowledge with the group.

On the Sunday and Monday following the Day of Sharing there will be two classes offered by Swank Cake Designs.

The America’s Baking and Sweets Show debuts this year in Chicago as a three day event. Interact with other people in the industry, network, learn and taste new products. The show will offer live demonstrations, classes and baking competitions.


Members will share their talents with hands-on demonstrations, showcases, and networking.


Enter your cake in the Queen City Cake Club cake competition. The theme is Holiday Cakes and Sculpted/3D cakes. You can enter into one of these divisions: Youth, Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced or Professional. The categories are Tiered, Any Occasion/Novelty, and Techniques Not on a Cake(cookies, cupcakes, gum paste floral sprays, hand molded figures, color flow plaques, chocolate)
